I am looking for a WordPress developer to convert a small e-commerce website (www.fastmodelsports.com) to WordPress. This will be pretty much a direct conversion of our existing website page for page to WordPress using a customized theme to match our current layout and styling. All of the page contents will remain the same with a few minor exceptions noted below.
Project Requirements
-Deploy and tune WordPress servers which will run on our AWS cloud
-Provide training for the installation and process for making updates to pages
-Mirror each page of the website as it is now in WordPress format. (The scope of this project does not include the shopping cart or content pages components of the website. http://www.fastmodelsports.com/library/basketball/
-Include current Google Analytics implementation
-Include current SnapEngage (unless there is a better WordPress plugin that you can recommend)
Exceptions
-Change minimum page width to 1280 currently 129x (to properly center content)
-On the Product Pages the carrousel should auto-cycle through the contents (currently there is manual navigation)
-When opening an image (found on product pages), the user should be able to navigate through entire â??albumâ?? (per product). Need to add the ability to go to the next and previous screenshots for each product when viewing a screenshot.
-Upgrade to â??News Tickerâ?? (on main pages) â?? Need a ticker that allows custom content to be added as well as manage what is displayed. We are open to suggestions for WP plugins that can handle this requirement.
-Add a universal â??Alertsâ?? banner that can be toggled as needed which will display a customizable message on every page when toggled on.
Special Considerations
-Buy Button behavior should act as is (i.e. popup the selection dialog when product-neutral). When on the home page if the user clicks the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right a popup menu is displayed so they can choose the product they wish to purchase. This behavior is different when viewing a product page, in which case if the buy button is clicked the user is taken directly to the shopping cart with the product that they were viewing added to the cart.
-We can supply all fields used in various submission forms (e.g. Advanced Suite, Support Request)
